CONTROL & INSIGHTS

Cross-project Gantt

View the data you want to see across projects.

View, check and reassign resources across all projects for full control and maximum outcome

Now you can optimise the use of resources across projects and locations to avoid double booking or missed deadlines

  • Assign or reassign teams to tasks and projects
  • Check status versus deadlines
  • View milestones and plan payments
  • Make weekly task lists for subcontractors
Teams are easily reassigned where necessary

Filter on trades or teams in the easy-to-use Gantt chart and check if they are double booked – or underused – in a given period. Teams can be reassigned with a few clicks and you can also click to move to a particular project if you need more detail. Participants are automatically notified of any changes.

Check status versus deadlines

Are you at risk of being late with a delivery? Check deliveries against deadlines and identify which projects may need extra attention or action in order to not exceed agreed deadlines. This is critical information if you are running multiple projects at once and allow you to put your efforts where they are needed.

View pending milestones and plan payments

Filter your cross-project data by e.g. milestones awaiting sign-off to forecast and manage upcoming payments. This enables you to plan payments and cash flow better. Filters like this one can be saved for future use so that you don’t have to make new searches next time you want to see this information.

Make weekly task lists for subcontractors

If you choose not to give all your subcontractors access to LetsBuild, the cross-project Gantt allows you to easily filter information and show each team’s tasks for the coming week. Print it out and hand it to the team at the site meeting and now, everyone is working to the same schedule.

With just a few clicks, I can learn the current state of my projects. I can see where we are having problems and which contractors are experiencing delays. This kind of knowledge, which is difficult to get, is indispensable as it helps us evaluate and improve our approach to work.
