In the event of an accident on the construction site, a form will be drawn up with a general description of the accident site, how and when it occurred and, above all, who is involved. A description and its context will be requested, whether this will have an impact on the smooth running of the project from a budgetary and planning point of view.
The signatures by the person(s) involved and by the site manager who assessed the situation, are required at the end of the form.
Example: A worker cuts himself with a tool and immediately after dealing with the accident, the site manager needs to complete the incident report form, including the signature(s) of the other person(s) involved to start the administrative process.
