Your facades must be designed following EU lighting, insulation, protection, and other criteria. Your facades should also satisfy the criterion of maximised utilisation of solar energy (passive use) as to how the building uses natural light and energy.
Use this template to check if your newly constructed or renovated building is proactively and sensibly using solar energy while making sure the cooling system, orientation and materials used in your facades conform to work safety regulations.
